Event concept: Live event and presentation of new BOSE products
Client: BOSE GmbH

Participants: 30-40 sales partners
Special features: How do we bring the BOSE Experience not only to the ears, but also to the hearts? We experience music exactly where it is created. The BOSE Experience in a place where David Bowie, U2 and Depeche Mode recorded their legendary sounds. And all this for the home, speaker, headphone and automotive sectors.
Hermes Arzneimittel Summer party 2023

Event concept: Summer party
Client: Hermes Arzneimittel

Participants: 150 PAX
Special features: Summer party in a class of its own: an unforgettable evening for Hermes Arzneimittel! We had the privilege of hosting this year's and it was an event full of unforgettable moments. From cool drinks to fantastic details like our branded Jenga game and a stunning balloon garland, we made sure every moment was unique. But that was just the beginning! The party continued with drinks that would have impressed even James Bond and a musical performance that had the guests dancing. Our talented singer and DJ created a rousing atmosphere that rounded off the evening perfectly.
Bosch IE Management Kick-Off 2024

Special features: A fantastic kick-off for 150 participants with a space theme! During the day, we brought the venue to life with creative branding ideas. We will particularly remember the setting for the plenary session. In the evening, we celebrated the successful meeting under Munich's largest moon with an impressive projection and cool drinks.
20th anniversary of LichtBlick

Special features: At the Alte Rotation in Munich, donors, needy pensioners, employees, VIPs and politicians celebrated together and, above all, said thank you! An emotional evening, which was accompanied by the Bayern 1 band, magician Thimon von Berlepsch and presenter Anouschka Horn. There was dancing, lots of laughter and great conversations!
Axis On Tour 2022

Location: 5 stops in Germany with further stops in Belgium (Antwerp + Arlon), Austria (Vienna), Switzerland (Bern) and the Netherlands (Utrecht)

Event concept: Roadshow with a product Show Van
Client: Axis Communications GmbH

Participants: 30 - 40 per stop & event day
Special features: We were presented with a complex task for this European-wide roadshow: Finding suitable locations that fulfilled the requirements and logistics for the client’s product van. Our scope of responsibilities included detailed planning, from route mapping and on-site catering to precise time management and much more.
Dell Technologies CTO Partner Advisory Board

Special features: This executive level CTO-meeting took place in the captivating city of Dubrovnik. For many participants, the destination itself was uncharted territory. But Croatia, especially Dubrovnik, charmed everyone in attendance. The conference room, where in-depth meetings took centre stage, had an ocean view, and the ride to dinner on a historical sailboat were just a few of the highlights. The whole experience was rounded off by dedicated service staff and exceptional food. Hvala Dubrovnik, until we meet again!

Special features: With a hybrid event in Milan and live events that took place in numerous modern venues, we successfully concluded this series of events for our client, Gitlab. From trendy giveaways, a sponsored lunch and a one-of-a-kind breakfast with a view over Paris, all the way to a Christmas party that included a mulled wine tasting, this series of events left a lasting impression. So much so, that we are already planning the next series of events for 2023 together.

Special features: This executive-level conference meeting was held in a truly exceptional setting: at the stunning Oberoi Hotel in Marrakesh. In addition to every guest having their own private pool, the facilities for meetings were very unique. As a result of the in-depth discussions and insights, this meeting helped to significantly aid in shaping the future strategies of Dell Technologies. Set against an evening backdrop that could have come straight from the pages of “One Thousand and One Nights”, the meeting was a remarkable success.
Axis Partner Day Benelux 2022

Special features: For Axis Communications partners in the Benelux region of Western Europe, the Axis Partner Day started with an exciting speedboat transfer from the SS Rotterdam Hotel to a unique event location in the Hulstkamp building. A captivating meeting with top-notch speakers followed. We provided full-service event management from the outset and were able to impress with a cohesive branding concept, premium logo placement, a regional 4-course menu, sustainable awards designed from wood, and entertainment by Mr. Loop and Djane. This extraordinary event will definitely remain in the memories of all that attended. Our innovative giveaways will make sure of it.
