We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our office in Munich, Obermenzing.
Starting date: 15.03.2024 or 01.04.2024
Full-time permanent position
Your activities are:
- Independent supervision (conception, planning, organisation, budget management, implementation and follow-up) of our projects.
- Project-related cost calculation, budget responsibility and control, as well as invoice control and accounting
- Customer consulting and customer management, including independent presentations to customers, on all formats relating to live and digital events, virtual congresses and hybrid event formats.
- Management and coordination of project teams within ten&one.
- Preparation of project presentations and pitch requests.
- Communicating with suppliers, customers and international participants, as well as negotiating and concluding contracts with partners and service providers, both nationally and internationally
- Event support and supervision of participants during live and digital events.
- High willingness to travel to our numerous national and international events.
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the trade fair/congress and/or event sector, preferably also in the hotel industry (MICE sector) or event technology.
- You have at least 5-6 years of professional experience in the event sector.
- Nice to have: Destination and location know-how, national and international
- You are a team player and show a high level of motivation, interdisciplinary thinking and acting as well as a high degree of flexibility and reliability.
- Efficient, independent and structured work is in your blood.
- You are IT-savvy and have a solution- and goal-orientated way of working.
- You have high quality and service standards and an eye for detail.
- You have a high level of consulting and leadership skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Graphical skills in the common Adobe programmes are also welcome.
For our office in Obermenzing, Munich, we are looking for support as Office Manager as a part-time employee.
Starting date: 15.03.2024
Ideally you live in Pasing, Obermenzing, Laim or Munich.
Your activities are:
- Preparation and invoice handling for the accounting department
- Shipment handling for our events
- Office & event orders incl. handling
- Stock management of event materials
You bring with you:
- Very good knowledge of German (English also welcome) written and spoken.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Economic and commercial mindset including training
