Green challenge accepted!
As an event agency, we are faced with the daily challenge of thinking and acting sustainably. In our industry, extensive travel and energy intensive activities such as hotel stays, and catering are part of our offerings. However, within our means, we aspire to raise awareness and inspire action among our clients. We prioritize reusability, reduction and recycling at our events.

We try to avoid printing! We prefer to focus on digital branding concepts and primarily utilize elements such as LED-walls, monitors, digital pillars for agendas etc. While these do consume electricity, they are versatile and can be reused for many events.
When we must print, special attention is paid to durability and reusability. We design printed materials without reference to specific times or places to ensure their flexibility for reuse.
We focus on upcycling for marketing materials such as roll-ups and banners, which are often repurposed as messenger bags and shower curtains. In doing so, we also lend our support to an inclusive charitable organization, where individuals with disabilities carry out this upcycling work for us.
We consider our partner selection with a focus on sustainability (e.g., regional caterers, reusable exhibition systems, smart utilization of all necessities).
Sustainable giveaways are essential to us. We aim for participants to enjoy long-lasting usage from customer gifts, minimizing disposable items!
Our goal is to replace conventional items with organically based, renewable, or reclaimed materials. For example: We use lanyards and name tags from recycled plastic, organic paper or bamboo. With the right design and materials, these articles can be used again at future events.
